The Financial Foundation to Grow Your Business. FCF Intelligence: Outsourced Accounting and Financial Intelligence for Growing Businesses.
We bring your accounting, operating data, forecasting, tax planning, and reporting together so the financial picture behind your business is current, credible, and able to support what you are building toward.
Can your financials answer these questions?
We turn your operational and financial data into intelligence you can actually use.
Most firms look only at the accounting system. We bring together the financial and operating data already running through your business so you can see a clearer picture of what is actually happening.
The numbers that matter. In one place.
Your financial information shouldn't be buried across spreadsheets, ERPs, CRMs, accounting software, bank accounts, and tax returns. FCF Intelligence brings that information together into a clearer view of your business.
Can your financials keep up with the business you're building?
See whether your current financial setup gives you what you need to understand cash, profitability, growth, and the decisions ahead.
Paying less tax shouldn't make your business look weaker than it really is.
Reducing unnecessary taxes matters. But the way your tax position is managed can also affect how your business looks to a lender, investor, or future buyer.
We plan with both in mind.
- Address tax liabilities before year-end.
- Reduce unnecessary taxes where appropriate.
- Consider the impact on free cash flow.
- Keep the financial story of the business clear and consistent.
Industries where the P&L is only half the story.

*Starting prices cover recurring services and are billed weekly. Engagements are scoped on revenue, entity count, transaction volume, reporting needs, tax complexity, and the level of support required. Setup and any accounting cleanup are quoted separately.
Your proposal defines the work included, what your team remains responsible for, and the price, before we begin.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. You can keep your accountant or controller and add FCF Intelligence reporting on top, as long as their monthly close passes our data quality check. Many clients do exactly that. If the numbers are not reliable enough to report on, we tell you what needs fixing first and you can have your own team fix it or hire us to.
A bookkeeper records what happened. A controller makes sure it's right. A CFO tells you what it means. Most businesses this size have the first, sometimes the second, and can't yet justify the third, which is why the numbers are accurate and still not useful. Our reporting is built to close that gap: CFO-level information, written so anyone can read it, without hiring a CFO.
For most owners at this stage FCF Intelligence reporting is enough, and it costs a fraction of what a fractional CFO does. You get the information a CFO would build — profitability by segment, free cash flow, forecasts, the operating measures that drive your result, and a written read on what changed and why. What you don't get is someone sitting in your leadership meetings making the decisions with you. If you reach the point where you need that, we'll tell you.
Cleaning up books that are behind takes four to twelve weeks for most businesses, depending on how many months are missing and how many bank and card accounts are involved. FCF Intelligence scopes catch-up work as a fixed-fee project with a defined end date, so it does not become an open-ended bill.
A profitable business runs short of cash because profit and cash are not the same thing, and the gap is usually working capital. Money leaves before it arrives: you pay staff and suppliers on their terms while customers pay on theirs, you buy equipment that hits cash immediately but profit slowly, and you pay tax on profit you haven't collected. A profit and loss statement won't show you this. A cash flow view will.
Free cash flow is what the business generates after paying for everything it needs to keep running, including the equipment and investment that profit accounting spreads over years. Profit depends on judgment calls. Free cash flow is what actually funds a hire, a loan payment or a distribution — and it's the number a lender or buyer works back to.
A business owner should review four things every month: a profit and loss with a prior-period comparison, a balance sheet, a cash flow statement, and a short written explanation of what changed and why. Most owners get the first three and none of the fourth, which is why the pack gets filed rather than used.
Your books are probably loan-ready if your bank accounts are reconciled through last month, your balance sheet has no unexplained balances, and you can produce two to three years of consistent statements. Lenders look for reconciled cash, a clean debt schedule, and financials that don't change every time someone reprints them. Our free Snapshot scores exactly these things.
Yes. Controller Reporting reviews the monthly accounting your team produces. Financial Intelligence takes reliable financials and your operating data and explains what is driving performance. If your financials are already reliable and reviewed, Financial Intelligence works on its own. Managed Accounting already includes controller review, so you would not buy Controller Reporting alongside it. We will recommend the combination that fits and quote it without duplicating work.
